“I just wanted to drop you a line to say a massive thank you to you and all your staff at The Belsfield for looking after us so well during our conference last week. The meeting was a great success and we have had such a lot of positive feedback regarding the venue and the meeting itself. Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. Each member of staff was more than happy to help and did so with a smile. It is, in my opinion, one of the best meetings we have had, thank you.

The Windermere Suite, which we used for the talks, was lovely… The restaurant for dinner in the evening was stunning, it was such a lovely space, and breakfast with a view was perfect too. Everyone commented about the standard of food which was excellent, and the helpfulness of the staff, please pass on our thanks to everyone behind the scenes, in the kitchen and elsewhere who worked so hard on our behalf.

Extra special thanks must go to David and Lauren for putting up with my garbled emails and last minute walk-ins and odd requests! Their patience knows no bounds.

Finally, thank you too, for managing to secure our dates for next year, we are looking forward to it already. I really hope you all get the thanks and recognition you deserve for running such a lovely venue.”
