Terms & Conditions.
Strictly one voucher or donation per booking, splitting the redemption amount is not available. All clients and agents should book directly with the hotel to be eligible for the booker incentive. Offer applies to bookings arriving before 31st December 2025. This offer excludes weddings, Christmas parties and all social events. New bookings only and does not apply to repeat bookings taken place in the last 12 months, or any rescheduled / postponed events. Client should quote “Wellness your Way” offer at the time of enquiry and the hotel will confirm eligibility when booking. No cash alternative will be offered. The final value of the voucher or donation will be based on the value of the final contract with the participating hotel. The revenue threshold is per contract, multiple contracts may not be combined. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, except for standard commission which will still be applicable to our Meeting & Events agency partners. The voucher or donation confirmation will be sent to the booker once the meeting or event has taken place and all invoices have been paid in full. Aimbridge EMEA reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
