No, we are a cashless hotel. Card payments can be made with Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Apple Pay. We do not accept AMEX either by card or via Apple Pay.

Yes, The Belsfield Hotel offers secure parking on-site, which is free for guests who book direct with us or £15 per night otherwise.

Check-in time is 3pm and the check-out time is 11am. Guests who arrive early are welcome to enjoy our Bar, Brasserie and Terrace until their room is ready.

Yes, we offer accessible parking and ground floor accessible bedrooms, but please note these are limited in number.

Guests, both resident and non-resident, are invited to dine in our Brasserie for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. We also serve food in our Bar and afternoon tea in our lounges and on our outdoor Terrace with stunning views across Windermere. Customers with dogs are invited to eat in our Bar area.

We don’t allow dogs in our guest bedrooms. Dogs are able to join their owners in the Bar and on the outdoor Terrace.

Dogs are permitted in the Bar area of the hotel but are not allowed in the Restaurant, Brasserie or Lounges.

Dogs are permitted in our reception lobby, outside terrace and gardens. We kindly ask that you pick up after them.
